He is the coach and GM of the team for three years. He has yet to guide the team to the playoffs. He is a family man having to take care two kinds: his wife and two kids and the team.

He appointed London as his assistant coach before the season. Despite coaching the team, he failed to recognize the team was running amuck. The team was clique-ish with players caring for themselves and criticizing each other. After he suspended Gilles, he was told to “wake up” before losing control of his team. After several incidents within the team he finally “woke up” and took control of the team. He demoted Wendell from his co-captaincy and benched Roy for entire third period for his selfish play. When London went down with a career ending injury he turned to Roy and motivated him to be a leader. It connected along with the team going on late playoff surge run that ended with a loss against the hated Barons. Despite missing the playoffs, the 9-2-1 run gave him a vote of confidence from the owner.

After retaining most of the team his key goal is to guide the team to the playoffs.
