This talented and physical goalie is young, brash, cocky, and laced with intensity of perfection. He is a team player but has an ability to rise and bring down the team at same time. His attitude and physical play pushed away from MHL teams leaving him undrafted. Now having to make it to the MHL the hard way he hopes to show off his talents with the team hoping to get him noticed.

His first pro season started off with a bang. A day late for training camp he got initiation from Roy and Wendell which he didn’t take lightly. During one-on-one drills he injured London’s knee, fired a puck back straight at Roy and took down Wendell with a bodycheck. A fight with Alexei made him earn his respect and struck up a friendship. He was confronted by London for injuring him and his lack of respect. He made the team as backup goalie. He made his debut in third game of the season getting inserted during the game. He dazzled in goal but gets thrown out for fighting. Despite it, he was promoted to team no. 1 goalie on the depth chart. It was his idea to Alexei starting a brawl on Thanksgiving game igniting a team rivalry with Novi Barons. His excellent play goal earned a spot in the All-Star game. Yet his problems with teammates surfaced when he opened his mouth. He gave Erikson a verbal lashing when he was confronted over stolen credit card and $800 bar tab. Later he criticized London, Roy, and Wendell to the media earning him a team suspension. A brewing feud with Wendell came to head as both got into fight with each other earning him another suspension. During his suspension he attended a game as spectator heckling Wendell throughout the night getting the fans to join in. He continued his talking when few defended Alexei after he gets taken out. London confronted and challenged him to 10-shot shootout when he told local newspaper London should retire. With London putting his career on the line, he stopped all his shots except the last one allowing London continue to play as long as he wants. Slowly he shows his respect to London. After London suffer a freak injury, Gilles defended him instigating a brawl against the Barons and yelled out his respect for him after getting thrown out. He got the team together declaring war against the Barons. After serving up his suspension he tried get the team in the playoffs, but missed in a loss against the hated Barons. His season ended in a high note with a shutout win in the last game of the season. Despite the suspensions he won the league goalie of the year award.

Back again for his second run, he will try to guide the team to the playoffs and still aims for the MHL. Who knows if he curbed his cockiness but still has open-mind criticism and intensity waiting to be let out. He still trying to earn and give respect even if it’s the hard way.
